Rich’s passion grew after seeing his retired military parents spend tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary premiums due to Medicare confusion. A 22-year Army veteran, Rich knew that if his parents could be confused, countless other veterans and families could be as well.

Together, Pam and Rich turned their commitment to service into Medicare Mentors—an agency that advocates for clients today and for all their tomorrows.
