The excitement continues to build as Day Two of the 2026 Colorado Senior Games is underway in Colorado Springs. Athletes from across Colorado and beyond are showcasing their talent, determination, and competitive spirit as they compete in a wide variety of Olympic-style sporting events. The Games run June 5–7 and welcome participants ages 50 and older to celebrate active aging through sport and community.
From pickleball courts and swimming pools to track and field venues, competitors are demonstrating that age is no barrier to excellence. The Colorado Senior Games provide an opportunity for athletes of all skill levels to challenge themselves, pursue personal goals, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from healthy competition.
This year’s event has continued to grow in participation and enthusiasm, building on the momentum established during its inaugural year. Hosted through a partnership between the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation and the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, the Games highlight the importance of lifelong fitness, wellness, and social connection.
