Hi everyone, Hank McClellan here with Insurance Navigator and Medicare Mentors LLC and welcome to another Red Friday video. For those of you new to the video, Red is an acronym for Remember Everyone Deployed and as a former military man myself, this is my tribute to those still serving in uniform, especially those currently serving in the Middle East. We thank you for your service and Godspeed. So this week I want to talk to you a little bit about Medicare and turning 65. If you’re getting ready to turn 65, you’re currently getting bombarded with phone calls and postcards and probably have been for maybe the last year or so.
Unfortunately, I can’t make those stop, but I can give you some ammunition. Get to know a local broker and someone you can get to know beyond just the product that you’re looking at. Someone you can get to know, someone you can meet, you can sit down with, or you can meet with over Zoom.
Get to know a local broker and the next time your phone rings, just tell them that you’re already working with someone. Please take you off their call list and have a good day. Always be kind.
