As an independent broker and Certified Five Wishes Presenter, Nancy takes a personalized approach to understanding each client’s healthcare needs, preferred providers, prescriptions, and long-term goals before exploring coverage options. She discussed the importance of education and informed decision-making, helping individuals understand Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, and prescription coverage so they can confidently choose the plan that best fits their needs.
Nancy also highlights the value of reviewing existing coverage, as many seniors may qualify for additional dental, vision, hearing, and wellness benefits they may not realize are available.
